Talented horses, great trainers and plenty of fun!
Creating racing memories to cherish
It's an amazing feeling watching and cheering your horse to victory whether it's on one of the all weather tracks like Lingfield or at one of the country's prestigious race meetings; Royal Ascot, Glorious Goodwood, Cheltenham Festival or the Ebor Festival at York to name but a few. Internationally our owners have had memorable winning trips to France and St Moritz.
We help our owners get the most out of their ownership experience by looking after the details so they can concentrate on enjoying their horse:
-
Assisting with the process of deciding on racing colours and ordering them
-
Chatting through the naming options and registering the chosen name with Weatherbys
-
Keeping them up to date with regular updates from the training yard, entries and declarations
-
Organising owners' badges and restaurant bookings on racedays
-
Administration of Weatherbys racing account
World Record Holder
Stone of Folca winner of the Dash at Epsom
Folkestone Racecourse Owners Group owners bought shares in a Kodiac yearling for only £499. Stone of Folca took them into the winner's enclosure on their home track of Folkestone, provided a couple of day's splendid racing at Royal Ascot where he placed twice and then their fairytale culminated on Derby Day when he won the Epsom Dash setting a new world record over 5f.
Prolific winner
My Gift To You
We carefully select trainers and work with a small number who we think will offer the best for our horses and owners. In 2023 we partnered with dual licence trainer James Owen with My Gift to You and he really has proved to be the gift that keeps on giving with five wins plus prize money every time he ran from July 2023 to March 2024.
2024 kicks off in style
Cinque Verde, Newsreader & Mermaids Cave
Cinque Verde, Trainer Tony Carroll and Jockey Jack Doughty produced a fabulous start to 2024 with a winning hat-trick followed by two further wins in May.
Another winning combo is Newsreader with Trainer Kevin Philippart De Foy and Jockey Benoit De La Sayette who won on the bounce.
The winning combo of Mermaids Cave, Trainer James Owen and Jockey Alex Chadwick produced a fabulous win on the bounce in May.
Lingfield Park Owners Group
Jumbeau, dual Winner & Listed placed
We have partnered with Lingfield Park Racecourse since 2010 to manage their owners group LPOG. We've had many successes over the years from the inaugural horse winner Lingfield Bound to our current Listed placed filly Jumbeau who picked up Black Type. In May 2024 she won at Windsor breaking the track record! LPOG owners now have the choice of Flat or National Hunt racehorses although many enjoy a combination of both. The LPOG stable currently features Jumbeau, Kento and two exciting unraced 2yos.
National Hunt - where our journey began
Cheng Gong
In 2020 we offered owners the chance to enjoy National Hunt racing as well as Flat racing. Our first venture into National Hunt was with Trainer Neil King and Cheng Gong who provided plenty of exciting days out and wins! We now have a great mix of Flat and National Hunt horses and trainers for our owners to choose from including some dual purpose.
